The artists formerly known as Monarch return to Baltimore this week.
Celebrating their return to Baltimore with a new name, Wye Oak will play the Talking Head Club this Thursday, January 17. New name, new label (Merge Records), and even a new website, Jenn and Andy put Monarch to rest and take on a much more majestic and grand title. Joining them: Small Sur and Hands and Knees.
Wye Oak's If Children, one of Baltimore's best albums of 2007, will be re-released on Merge April 8.
