Last Friday night, the stylish and vogue came out to party with Baltimore’s a la mode. Though some felt the night might have been a washout, the sheik braved the perfect, gorgeous evening. With spring winds flowing through the Mt. Vernon scene, most were unfazed ~since chic knows no drizzle. No, this evening belonged to us, and those that came to hang among the grandiose essence of SEN’s clique were immensely impressed. From the incandescent group from Comcast to the pulchritudinous women of Baltimore Fashion Week, attendees of the Red Maple could not help the feeling of pervasive emotional warmth. It was an exalting night for the publication. After all, making Baltimore a city of fashion and style is our ultimate mission, and this herculean errand may not be so colossal judging by the promise realized this past weekend.  
Does this set the tone for what is to come? For certain, it is merely the tip of the ice berg, as they say. Though, the ice berg will be the best looking nugget of ice, which we insist on. For the beautiful Baltimoreans who’ve longed to find validation and vindication, your answer has come. The socialites and mod enthusiasts can feast on Baltimore taste in mouthful bites of ardent devotion throughout our pages. For the future is illuminating with our undertaking of this most rewarding challenge. We’ll bring the au courant to the Baltimore public in a style no other publication in our midst can. And we’ll do it with the noblest intention: to show everyone Baltimore is a gem, and its people worthy.
