After the firworks, BBQ and family visits, it's time to party in Baltimore at The Depot! It has been said the band Red This Ever plays shows on occasion, and when they play it is certainly an occasion. Marinating like a juicy steak for just the right amount of time for maximum flavor, Charm City's own Alternative Rockers Red This Ever plays shows just often enough for fans to savor their unique, delicious sound. Citing influences ranging from 80's Synth Pop such as Joy Division, New Order and Human League to Severed Heads and the Pixies, frontman Roy Retrofit explains great emphasis goes into their sound that has been winning audiences for years throughout this region. Roy speaks candidly about the bands upcoming shows, strating with Saturday, July 5th at The Depot for Comcast on Demand. "Very exciting," Roy says simply, meaning this is a chance for devoted fans to mingle with new fans in what is being billed as Sen Baltimore's Live Music Summer Series. In this first of several shows throughout the Baltimore area, Red This Ever shares the spotlight with The JV Myka Project, set to heat up the show at 9PM. The Depot is located at 1728 North Charles Street (Across the street from the Charles Theatre). Patrons are encouraged to sport their coolest threads and smile for the camera -you just might be on Comcast. There is a $5 cover at the door, so join the bands, join Sen Baltimore, and join the crowd to welcome Red This Ever and The JV Myka Project to the showcase that will feature Baltimore's Best live music acts.
Red This Ever will also be performing on August 29th at the Talking Head, in case you miss them at the Depot. But you won't want to miss either show.
